This church, the Partnership of 8 and indeed the Synod and the whole of the United Reformed Church are developing hybrid meeting patterns  using video conferencing of face to face meetings.  It is hoped that this will widen the access for more people and appeal to a greater number of people.  In person services are obviously preferred but online viewing can be an alternative for the house bound or in bad weather.  Shorter business meetings, more often, are an advantage at times, or even alternating the three forms; in person, online, hybrid.
