For many years we have provided a bench outside our church.  Frequently passers-by would take the opportunity to rest or meditate and watch the world go by.   We replaced the bench a couple of years ago but the wooden joints all too soon rotted.  So this time we were determined to invest prudently with a bench made from plastic milk bottles!   36Kg divided by 50g equates to about 720 one litre bottles.

But, not satisfied with these eco-friendly credentials, we discovered that we could choose the royal colour purple which will also celebrate the Late Queen, AND the new  King’s coronation!
