Facilities
The Main Hall includes use of kitchen, complete with…

cutlery, crockery and utensils, commensurate with feeding 60~80 dependent on formality.

a single large domestic cooker; 4 gas rings, grill and oven plus an upright fridge-freezer with 2 sinks and a drainer, though the hot water system is slow.

2 microwave cookers, 4 slice toaster and 3 large electric kettles.

14 folding adult tables and 12 small child (coffee?) tables, including 55 adult +15 child chairs.
The Coffee Lounge has a kitchette for drinks & refreshments with 28 chairs and 7 square tables.
There is limited access to kitchen facilities from the Sanctuary, though it is possible to set drinks etc on tables or trolley.
There is an expectation of reasonable use of heat and lighting, limited cleaning materials and very limited disposal facilities. Our hygiene target is moving ‘towards commercial standards’.
There are the usual toilet facilities including disabled access (with baby changing).
First aid facilities are limited. Free WiFi for responsible users. Entertainers and reasonable bouncy castles are allowed, but you should check their insurance.
There is an emergency telephone and a large hand lamp for the Fire Marshal who should be appointed to maintain accesses, monitor incidents and report to Elders.
Audio-visual facilities
The Sanctuary has presentation and video conference facilities.
Main hall and coffee lounge can have presentation facilities setup.
