Our little church on Swann lane has ambitions to claim Eco- church awards, to which we have now commissioned better insulation AND rain water harvesting. .

URC 50th birthday TREE
We have planted a tree to celebrate the 50th birthday of the formation of the United Reformed Church by the uniting of the Presbyterian and Congregational Churches in 1972. The magnolia tree is close to the memorial stone from our 153 year old church.

Once a month, we choose a classic /thought provoking DVD to show our members, friends and neighbours. Screened at 2.30pm on the 4th Saturday (except AUG: 3rd in DEC ), it is Free of Charge, but donations for refreshments welcome. We cannot advertise specific titles to the general public for copyright reasons.
